Longitudinal Plasma Collections
Track Disease Evolution Over Time
Our longitudinal cell-free plasma collections enable continuous monitoring of cancer progression across the treatment journey.
From Patient to Insight
Serial blood draws before during treatment.
Streck Cell-free DNA BCT® and ISO-aligned protocols.
Multiple therapies. Outcome data (30+ parameters).
Large patient cohort and indications. More than 700,000 samples.
Fully consented samples for advanced genomic and biomarker analysis
By capturing serial blood samples from the same patient, researchers can analyze circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) to assess treatment response, detect resistance, and support biomarker development.
Disease Indications and Molecularly Stratified Cohorts
Well-characterized cohorts from treatment-naive, refractory, and relapsed populations — designed for targeted therapy development, immuno-oncology research, and translational studies.
Our oncology specimen portfolio includes NSCLC, breast, prostate, colorectal, liver, pancreatic, ovarian, melanoma, and other solid tumors. Sub-cohorts include driver mutations (EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, PIK3CA), treatment history stratification, and histopathology confirmation with tumor content verification.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions
When to use fresh-frozen or FFPE tissue?
Fresh-frozen tissue is considered the gold standard for applications requiring high-quality nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) and proteins, making it ideal for genomics and proteomics. FFPE tissue is a stable, long-term storage format excellent for histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and retrospective studies. We offer both to match your specific research needs.
Can you provide custom biospecimen collections?
Yes, we offer custom prospective collections to meet unique research criteria, including specific disease indications, treatment histories, and patient demographics. Our global clinical network allows us to source the precise samples you need.
How do you handle logistics and shipping?
We use a fully traceable, barcode-based inventory system and validated cold-chain logistics to ensure sample integrity from our biobank to your lab. We manage all shipping and regulatory documentation through Biocair, our trusted logistics partner.
What clinical data accompanies each specimen?
Each specimen includes 300+ data points: patient demographics, tumor classification, therapy and treatment history, tumor response data (CR/PR/SD/PD), mutation status for key biomarkers if available (EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, HER2, PD-L1, ALK, MSI), and radiology data upon request.
Can you support multi-omics research?
Yes. Our specimens are collected with minimal ischemic time to preserve the integrity of DNA, RNA, and protein — the foundation for integrated multi-omics analysis. We also offer in-house genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and spatial biology services to complete the workflow.
